DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery across multiple engineering squads and client-facing projects. This is a mid-level role for someone experienced in managing Agile projects, balancing internal coordination with client communication.The Project Manager will manage 3&ndash;4 concurrent projects, coordinating 1&ndash;2 squads of 3&ndash;6 engineers each. You will ensure alignment across engineering, testing, and product while engaging with clients to provide visibility, manage expectations, and resolve delivery challenges.ResponsibilitiesInternal Project Coordination<ul><li>Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.</li><li>Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers across squads.</li><li>Ensure tight alignment between engineering, testing, and product priorities.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of project milestones, deliverables, and risks.</li></ul>Client Delivery Management<ul><li>Act as a key point of contact for client project stakeholders.</li><li>Provide transparent and timely project updates, status reports, and dashboards.</li><li>Manage scope changes, expectations, and risks in collaboration with Product Director.</li><li>Escalate issues proactively while presenting clear resolution options.</li></ul>Process &amp; Quality<ul><li>Ensure project plans adhere to quality, timelines, and budget expectations.</li><li>Implement consistent reporting practices for both internal and client visibility.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Coordinate with Product Manager, Engineering Lead, Testing Lead, and UX Lead to align priorities.</li><li>Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and conflict resolution.</li><li>Mentor junior coordinators or interns (as applicable) in delivery management practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of project management experience in technology or product-driven organizations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint management.</li><li>Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with distributed teams.</li><li>Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.</li><li>Good understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC/PDLC).</li><li>PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.</li></ul>Evaluation Process<ul><li>Interview Rounds: Project management fundamentals, leadership style, and client communication.</li><li>Practical Assignment (Scenario-Based Case Study): You are managing three client projects simultaneously. Midway through a sprint, one client introduces urgent scope changes, while another reports critical bugs that threaten their go-live date. Meanwhile, two engineers from your team are unexpectedly unavailable for a week. Prepare a 2&ndash;3 page action plan detailing how you would:</li><li>Reassess priorities and reallocate resources.</li><li>Communicate trade-offs and revised timelines to both clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Prevent long-term delivery disruption while addressing immediate issues.</li></ul>(Note: The focus is on your structured thinking, prioritization, and communication approach.
