Problem-solving comes naturally.The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage large amounts of incoming calls</li><li>Ability to be conversational and professional with customers</li><li>Identify and assess customers&rsquo; needs to achieve satisfaction</li><li>Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct protocols</li><li>Ability to schedule appointments and toggle through multiple EHR/CRM's</li><li>Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies</li><li>Take the extra mile to engage customers</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative</li><li>Must have medical scheduling and EHR experience</li><li>Flawless attendance</li><li>Positive and professional demeanor</li><li>Strong phone contact handling skills with call control and active listening</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li><li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li><li>One year or more previous high-volume Contact Center experience preferred</li><li>Chat and Email support in a customer service environment preferred</li></ul>No selling required.Founded in 1956 in Mission, Kansas, AnswerPro is a telephone answering service company&mdash;and so much more.
