 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Strategic Partnership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, acting as a thought partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide insights on talent trends, culture, and organizational effectiveness to influence decision-making at leadership levels.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Talent Management &amp; Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and implement targeted learning and development programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support career growth and mobility initiatives across global teams.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Employee Experience &amp; Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the first point of contact for business leaders and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion Antalpha&rsquo;s values and risk-first culture by fostering openness, trust, and collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular feedback loops to surface employee sentiment and proactively address issues.
 </li>

 HR Operations &amp; Policy
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with Centers of Excellence (C&amp;B, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations) to deliver end-to-end HR solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within assigned business units.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role within fintech, financial services, or technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
 </li>
