Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for various company positions. This role involves using multiple channels to attract high-caliber candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding) for multiple roles across departments.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct telephonic or video interviews, and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate and follow up on interview feedback and candidate status updates.</li><li>Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1-3 years of experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc.).</li><li>High level of professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Notice: 0 to 15 days of notice period</li><li>Location: Neelankarai ECR, Chennai.
