We are looking for a Book Editor who can do more than refine language. The editor must deeply align with Antano &amp; Harini&rsquo;s mission, vision, and culture, and have a clear understanding of our core offerings to ensure that every edit reflects the ideology behind our work.Objective: Edit and refine manuscripts to ensure clarity, coherence, and engagement while maintaining intellectual depth and accessibility for a global audience.Style: Analytical yet inspirational, structured and precise, adaptive to diverse formats including books, articles, and legacy guides.Tone: Empowering and visionary, authoritative yet approachable, future focused.Audience: Global readers interested in personal development, leadership, and excellence, including entrepreneurs, CXOs, and innovators.Result: Deliver high-quality, publish-ready manuscripts that resonate with Antano &amp; Harini&rsquo;s mission and inspire transformation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit manuscripts for grammar, structure, and flow while preserving the author&rsquo;s voice.</li><li>Collaborate with authors and content strategists to align content with organizational vision.</li><li>Conduct fact-checking and research to ensure credibility.</li><li>Suggest improvements in narrative style and readability.</li><li>Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Aligning with the vision of the organization to ensure every edit reflects our core ideology with the audience.</li></ul>Required Attributes &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>4 to 8 yrs of experience in book editor role. (Work experience in publication preferable)</li><li>Exceptional command of English with ability to simplify complex concepts</li><li>Experience in editing thought leadership or self-help content.</li><li>Research orientation to validate ideas and maintain credibility.</li><li>Creative adaptability for diverse genres and formats.</li><li>Collaborative mindset to work closely with authors and strategists.</li><li>Deadline discipline for high-quality output under time compression.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;80,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
