We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Paralegal or Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary to join our team.Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a law firm or professional office setting, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work cooperatively within a team. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and consistent responsiveness.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys.</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain organized case files and calendars.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and colleagues.</li><li>Manage filing deadlines, scheduling, and document management systems.</li><li>Assist in pretrial litigation and discovery as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior law firm or office experience required.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Must be a team player&mdash;cooperative, dependable, and respectful toward others.</li><li>Must maintain focus on work responsibilities;</li><li>Demonstrated professionalism, competence, and integrity.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to urban@urbanlaw.com.
