<div>The Accounting Associate will provide broad support to the accounting team, assisting with foundational accounting tasks and administrative duties. This part-time role offers valuable exposure to accounting operations and evolving systems and workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support AP workflow and continuous automation improvements</li><li>
Audit submissions, track expenses against budgets, and ensure accuracy and alignment with purchase orders</li><li>
Communicate with vendors and customers (external and internal) regarding billing, payment inquiries, and general questions</li><li>
Assist with basic reconciliations and reporting</li><li>
Maintain organized digital records, schedules and documentation</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Foundational understanding of Accounting, Finance, or a related field, supported by academic or professional experience</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Proactive problem-solver, with curiosity to learn and improve processes</li><li>
Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li><li>
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard accounting software is preferred</li></ul>
