We connect patients to vetted clinics and help them discover, compare, and book aesthetic treatments. antidote.fitRole overviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Intern to help scale user acquisition, bookings and clinic partnerships. You&rsquo;ll work with growth, product and creative teams to run paid acquisition, optimize funnels, and test creatives for high-intent audiences (people researching cosmetic procedures). This role is great for someone who wants hands-on experience in customer acquisition for a healthcare/beauty marketplace.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search &amp; Display, YouTube, and programmatic channels targeting treatment-intent audiences.</li><li>Drive CAC / ROAS improvements for campaigns focused on bookings and lead generation (clinic appointment requests).</li><li>Build and maintain tracking (UTMs, conversion events, GA4 / Funnel tracking) and dashboards to report bookings, LTV, and cost metrics.</li><li>Run audience research and segmentation &mdash; intent keywords, lookalikes from converters, remarketing pools, clinic interests.</li><li>Design and A/B test ad creatives and landing page variations (copy, CTAs, form flows) to improve conversion rate for high-intent services.</li><li>Collaborate with Product on features like AI face analysis onboarding flows and promote them through campaigns. antidote.fit</li><li>Support performance-oriented influencer / creator campaigns with tracking and measurement.</li><li>Produce weekly performance reports and actionable insights for the growth team.</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for<ul><li>Current student or recent grad studying Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field.</li><li>Basic hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; GA4 and UTM tracking experience preferred.</li><li>Comfortable with spreadsheets, simple SQL or data queries a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset &mdash; you can turn numbers into clear next steps.</li><li>Good written communication &mdash; you&rsquo;ll help write ad copy and landing page microcopy.</li><li>Interest in healthcare, beauty, aesthetics, or marketplaces is a bonus.</li><li>Proactive, experiment-oriented, and comfortable iterating quickly.</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll learn<ul><li>Running performance campaigns that convert research-stage users into booked appointments.</li><li>Tracking and attribution for a high-intent marketplace with multi-touch journeys.</li><li>Working with product features (e.g., AI face analysis) to create acquisition funnels. antidote.fit</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Mentorship and real ownership of acquisition initiatives.</li><li>Internship certificate and recommendation on strong performance.</li><li>Potential to convert to full-time role.</li><li>Flexible hours and exposure to marketplace growth, clinical partnerships, and product marketing.</li></ul>Job Types: Internship, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;5,500.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
