About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced QA professional to establish and enforce testing standards and best practices across the organization. This person will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality control on all projects, from small-scale applications to large enterprise solutions.This individual will: &#10004; Define and standardize QA processes and testing frameworks. &#10004; Ensure a balance between manual and automation testing techniques. &#10004; Audit and enforce adherence to QA best practices across projects. &#10004; Implement continuous testing strategies to enhance product quality. &#10004; Be technology-agnostic and adaptable to different software stacks.KeyResponsibilities1. Testing Standards &amp; Best Practicesi) Define and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and frameworks for all projects. ii) Establish testing guidelines for manual, automation, performance, and security testing. iii) Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various testing phases. iv) Ensure test plans, test cases, and defect management processes meet industry standards.2. Manual &amp; Automation Testing Leadershipi) Oversee functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing approaches. ii) Develop and implement automation testing strategies for improved efficiency. iii) Define the usage of tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, and others. iv) Ensure a smooth balance between manual and automation testing approaches.3. QA Audits &amp; Compliancei) Conduct regular audits on projects to ensure compliance with defined testing ii) standards. Identify gaps in test coverage and ensure necessary improvements. iii) Work closely with project teams to enforce a quality-first approach. iv) Maintain and improve QA reporting and documentation.4. Collaboration &amp; Mentorshipi) Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to ensure a seamless QA process. ii) Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers across different teams. iii) Encourage a culture of continuous learning and quality awareness.5. Performance &amp; Security Testingi) Oversee performance testing strategies to ensure application scalability. ii) Implement security testing best practices to safeguard projects from vulnerabilities. iii) Optimize test execution cycles and automation coverage for faster releases.Key Qualifications &amp; SkillsMust-Have:<ul><li>10+ years of experience in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automation testing.</li><li>Strong background in defining and implementing QA frameworks and best practices.</li><li>Experience in end-to-end testing strategies for small, medium, and large-scale projects.</li><li>Proficiency in multiple testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, Appium).</li><li>Hands-on experience in test automation, performance testing, and security testing.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies in testing.</li><li>Experience in auditing and ensuring compliance with QA standards across projects.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation integration.</li><li>Experience in cloud-based testing and containerized environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of AI-driven testing techniques and tools.</li><li>Familiarity with blockchain, AI/ML, Web3, or emerging technologies.</li></ul>Why Join Us?Define and lead the entire QA strategy across the organization.
