Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Industry Training &amp; HR Executive. This dual-role position involves onboarding and training new team members on holiday packaging processes and tools, while also handling recruitment, HR operations, and general administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience in the travel industry and strong communication and people-management skills.Key Responsibilities:Training &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Conduct training sessions for new employees on products, processes, CRM tools, and company SOPs.</li><li>Create training materials, manuals, and SOP documentation.</li><li>Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve performance.</li><li>Ensure all team members understand destination knowledge, pricing strategies, and sales funnels.</li></ul>HR &amp; Recruitment<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.</li><li>Facilitate employee engagement, communication, and welfare activities.</li><li>Assist in performance evaluation processes and feedback cycles.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Oversee daily administrative tasks including attendance, leave records, and general office management.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs (if on-site).</li><li>Support management with internal communications and scheduling.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Travel &amp; Tourism, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in HR or training roles, preferably in the travel industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of holiday packaging, destinations, and customer service.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Prior experience in a travel agency or holiday booking company.</li><li>Familiarity with Bitrix24, Zoho, or similar CRMs.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Incentives/bonuses tied to recruitment and training milestones.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced and growing travel company.</li></ul>Eligibility 1) Only Candidates with exceptional written &amp; oral English communication skills should apply 2) Previous experience in Training &amp; HRSalaryExperienced &ndash; A very good hike over and above your existing salary + IncentivesWorking Hours : 9 AM -5:30 PM ,Sundays OffThere will be only 1 round of interview for which you will have to come personally along with relevant documentsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Your Current in-hand salary ?</li><li>Your expected salary ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
