Job Profile / DescriptionAntique Heating Elements is looking for a Sales &amp; Marketing Executive who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and has basic computer knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, communicating with customers, preparing quotations, and supporting marketing activities to grow the company&rsquo;s industrial product sales.The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word), and a strong interest in sales and marketing.Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle incoming sales inquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls</li><li>Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products</li><li>Prepare and share quotations, product details, brochures, and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into sales</li><li>Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order execution</li><li>Maintain customer relationships for repeat business</li></ul>Marketing Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in online and offline marketing activities</li><li>Support basic digital marketing tasks like lead handling and customer communication</li><li>Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management</li><li>Help in promoting company products through calls, emails, and messaging platforms</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain customer data, inquiry details, and sales records in Excel</li><li>Prepare basic sales reports and daily activity updates</li><li>Manage and organize documents using MS Word</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet)</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Basic sales and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to understand technical/industrial products (training will be provided)</li><li>Smart, confident, and target-oriented approach</li><li>Fresher or experienced candidates both can apply</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience in industrial sales / B2B sales is an added advantage</li><li>Experience in handling online inquiry portals is a plus</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow with the company</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Fixed salary</li><li>Training on products and sales process</li><li>Growth opportunities in sales and marketing</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
