As a Cashier/Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in our daily operations, providing excellent service to our customers while managing financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks. We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented but also brings energy and enthusiasm to every aspect of their work.&middot; Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.&middot; Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.&middot; Accept payments in cash, credit, or debit cards. Issue receipts, refunds, credit due to the customers accurately.&middot; Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, orders, and general assistance.&middot; Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.&middot; Issue receipts, refunds, change. Redeem stamps and coupons.&middot; Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.&middot; Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.&middot; Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.&middot; Process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts payable and receivable.&middot; Perform closing procedures such as cleaning and sanitizing the cashier station andsecuring the cash drawer.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Preferrably Female Cashier with UAE experience in a Restaurant.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Cashier/Bookeeper: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
