 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for the overall planning and execution of oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface treatment, and chemical engineering projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the implementation of large-scale natural gas projects in the Middle East, including preliminary technical solution design, cost evaluation, and subsequent project management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the entire commercial cycle of projects &mdash; from business opportunity identification to final payment collection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate technical teams, local subcontractors, government authorities, and security forces to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular progress reporting and promptly address issues arising during project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above in Petroleum, Natural Gas, or related disciplines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum of 8 years of international marketing experience, including team management experience. Familiar with oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface treatment, and chemical engineering fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Arabic, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Market Insight: Strong market awareness and ability to identify channel marketing trends; well-versed in various international online marketing and promotion strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Business Development Ability: Excellent capability in business execution; able to formulate and implement sales plans, policies, and strategies effectively.
 </li>
