Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented fresher who will manage customer accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate financial tracking. The role requires strong communication, follow-up ability, and good analytical skills. KeyResponsibilities1. Customer Outstanding Management Follow up with customers for pending payments. Share outstanding statements and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with sales and billing teams for collection-related queries.2. Customer Advance Tracking Monitor advances received from customers.Ensure timely adjustment of advances against invoices.Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.Identify mismatches and work with customers/sales teams to close gaps.3. Additional Responsibilities Maintain SIM activation/deactivation records.Support the accounts team in day-to-day activities.Digital Signature (DSC) ProcessAssist in documentation, reporting, and internal coordination.
