</p><p>We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency seeking an experienced Accounts &amp; Compliance Officer to lead our finance and compliance functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has hands-on experience managing accounts within a digital marketing agency environment.</p><p>
</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>
</p><ul><div>Maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger)</div><div>Prepare &amp; finalize financial statements, MIS, and reconciliations</div><div>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, and tax laws</div><div>Manage vendor negotiations, reimbursements, and F&amp;F settlements</div><div>Handle statutory filings, GEM portal activities &amp; audit coordination</div><div>Provide insights and financial analysis to support management decisions</div></ul><p>
</p><p>Requirements</p><p>
</p><ul><div>5&ndash;8 years of experience in Accounts, Finance &amp; Compliance</div><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter/ICWA/CMA preferred)</div><div>Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards &amp; tax laws</div><div>Proficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, MS Excel &amp; MS Office</div><div>Must have worked in a Digital Marketing Agency</div><div>Excellent analytical, negotiation &amp; problem-solving skills</div></ul><p>
