We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Fashion Designer &amp; Branding role to join our team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design: Create fashion/product concepts, mockups, and collections using Canva, Photoshop, and AI design tools.</li><li>Branding: Develop brand visuals, mood boards, campaign graphics, and storytelling assets aligned with our artisanal and sustainable values.</li><li>Content Creation: Write marketing content (social media captions, product descriptions, email creatives) to support campaigns.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand identity across platforms.</li><li>AI Integration: Experiment with AI tools to automate product visualization, mockups, and marketing creatives.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Masters Degree in Design &amp; Marketing</li><li>Familiarity with Apparels, Accessories, Tech Pack Developments, handloom fabrics, accessories, and trims</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English</li><li>Fluency in one additional regional language is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;200,000.00 - &#8377;300,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with the remuneration provided here?</li><li>Describe your Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator?</li><li>Describe your writing proficiency for marketing and branding content.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Fashion Designing or Marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
