Ability to train, groom and lead a team.Key Responsibilities &ndash;The Area Manager will be responsible of one state or part of a state and will report to the Regional Manager.&Oslash; Accomplishes sales objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, counseling and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.&Oslash; Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing actions plans;Key Accountabilities &ndash; .
