A positive attitude, knowledge of flowers, experience as a floral designer, multitasking abilities, customer service skills, comprehension of event design, and a minimum of three years of floral experience are essential. Proficiency in mechanics is also required!Ideal candidates should have at least three years of experience in a professional floral design environment!Join us to demonstrate your skills during a mock design interview.
