Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Inspect residential and light commercial properties to identify and document damage</li><li>
Prepare accurate repair estimates and detailed reports</li><li>
Serve as the liaison between homeowners and contractors</li><li>
Provide guidance on repair scope and best practices</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
5+ years in property damage assessment, construction estimating, or similar</li><li>
Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial construction</li><li>
Experience with estimating software</li><li>
Excellent communication and client-facing skills</li><li>
Reliable, independent, with valid driver&rsquo;s license and transportation</li></ul><p>
