This role focuses on maintaining, servicing, and optimizing residential and commercial water treatment systems&mdash;not plumbing repairs, drain work, or emergency response.If you value structure, professionalism, customer trust, and long-term relationships over rushed volume, this position offers a stable, meaningful career path.What This Role IsThis position is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, service, and performance verification of water filtration, softening, and purification systems already installed in customer homes and businesses.You are the long-term steward of these systems&mdash;ensuring they continue to protect water quality, equipment, and property.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and service on water filtration, softening, and purification systems</li><li>Test water quality before and after service to confirm system performance</li><li>Diagnose system issues and make approved adjustments or repairs</li><li>Replace filters, media, components, and consumables according to SOP standards</li><li>Educate customers on system operation, maintenance needs, and best practices</li><li>Identify system deficiencies or upgrade opportunities and communicate them clearly</li><li>Document all work accurately in ServiceTitan, including photos, test results, and notes</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and properly stocked inventory</li><li>Follow all safety, quality, and customer-care procedures outlined in company SOPs</li><li>Represent the company with professionalism, humility, and respect in every home and business</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForRequired<ul><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail</li><li>Professional communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to follow written procedures and service checklists</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Experience with water filtration, softeners, RO systems, or related equipment</li><li>Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or technical service background</li><li>Familiarity with water testing or diagnostic equipment</li><li>Experience working from SOPs or structured service systems</li></ul>Training is provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.What We Offer<ul><li>Stable, year-round work with predictable scheduling</li><li>Clean, specialized work focused on water quality (no drain or sewage work)</li><li>Company vehicle, tools, testing equipment, and uniforms provided</li><li>Paid training and ongoing technical education</li><li>Clear performance expectations and advancement opportunities</li><li>Support from dispatch, customer service, and technical leadership</li><li>Health, dental, retirement, and additional benefit options</li><li>A culture that values people, professionalism, and long-term relationships</li></ul>Why Aon Water TechnologyWe exist to serve people well&mdash;our customers and our team.
