<li>Handles queries about company products and services.</li>

Key Responsibilities

<li>Manage and grow the Managed Medicaid business.</li>
<li>Sell additional services and build strong professional relationships with clients</li>
<li>Educate business partners and end users on AOTI products and services</li>
<li>Provide proactive support and customer service to clients and partners</li>
<li>Attend trade shows and industry events to establish new business</li>
<li>Respond to inquiries and provide knowledgeable, courteous service</li>
<li>Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services</li>

Qualifications &amp; Skills

Key Responsibilities

<li>Supports and facilitates growth in existing Medicaid accounts for Wound Care Consultants in respective territories.</li>
<li>Supports Wound Care Consultants with patient accounts in acute care facilities, wound care clinics and other medical institutions.</li>
<li>Obtain re-authorizations and new prescribers as needed on a monthly basis.</li>
<li>In-service appropriate personnel in hospitals, outpatient departments, wound clinics and private offices.</li>

<li>Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services.</li>
