Specializing in celebrity management, wedding planning, corporate events, and live concerts, we strive to create successful and memorable events for our clients.Job Title: Marketing Manager (Minimum Experience: 3+ Years)We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Offline Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of offline marketing channels and excellent communication skills.Minimum Experience: 3+ YearsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to support brand goals and business growth.</li><li>Plan and manage BTL (Below The Line) activities such as events, exhibitions, mall activations, roadshows, sponsorships, and brand tie-ups.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for event setups, printing, fabrication, and logistics.</li><li>Oversee outdoor media planning &mdash; hoardings, transit media, retail branding, and signage.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging marketing collateral (flyers, standees, brochures, etc.).</li><li>Drive local marketing campaigns and community engagement programs to increase brand visibility.</li><li>Manage budgets for offline campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.</li><li>Track campaign performance through lead generation, footfall, and engagement metrics.</li><li>Negotiate and manage contracts with event partners, media agencies, and external vendors.</li><li>Work closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to ensure 360&deg; integrated marketing campaigns.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging offline marketing opportunities.</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Client Engagement<ul><li>Identify offline opportunities for lead generation and engagement.</li><li>Train and support the sales team with branding materials and event resources.</li><li>Ensure all on-ground interactions reflect luxury service standards.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications Required:<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in offline marketing, event marketing, or hospitality marketing.</li><li>Knowledge of the wedding and luxury event industry (or strong willingness to learn).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual branding.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office &amp; basic design coordination skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience working in wedding planning, hospitality, luxury retail, or event production.</li><li>Established network of vendors, venues, and marketing partners.</li><li>Understanding of d&eacute;cor styling, booth design, and experiential marketing.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;28,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
