 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, including variance analysis versus plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and enhance financial models related to revenue growth, subscriber penetration, ARPU, and operating expenses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze subscriber growth, penetration rates, churn, and other key operational metrics to identify trends and insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate marketing performance including campaign ROI, CAC, channel mix, and funnel conversion metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build structured financial models to support operational planning and strategic decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and improve reporting that tracks key performance indicators for leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support business performance analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve finance workflows and leverage automation or AI tools for reporting and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve the accuracy and structure of financial forecasting as the business scales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Streamline reporting and analytics processes to support company growth.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years' of relevant experience in FP&amp;A, analytics, or related roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Excel and other reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to clearly communicate insights to leadership.
 </li>
