We are looking for a Graphic Designer for the Night Shift. Ideal candidates can apply if they possess the following requirements:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Photo Editing: Edit raw photos, enhancing the visual appeal and ensuring they meet the project&rsquo;s requirements.</li><li>Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual content that communicates our brand&rsquo;s message and resonates with our audience.</li><li>Collaborative Design: Work closely with creative directors, photographers, and other team members to brainstorm and produce fresh concepts.</li><li>Asset Creation: Design digital assets for social media, google ads, websites, marketing materials, and more.</li><li>Feedback &amp; Revisions: Take feedback from internal teams to refine and improve designs.</li><li>Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and internal presentations.</li><li>Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or other video editing tools.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lightroom).</li><li>Experience with raw photo editing and color grading.</li><li>Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.</li><li>Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Punctuality bonus</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>15 Annual Paid Leaves.</li><li>Annual Leaves encashment</li><li>Yearly increment</li><li>Alternate Saturdays Off</li></ul>Job Timings: 08:30 PM to 05:30 AM (Night Shift) - This may change due to Day-Light SavingJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
