The Production Engineer II is responsible for the day to day operations of the wells and facilities in their area of responsibility and specific assignments as directed by their Manager. This a 14/14 rotational position.</p><ul><li>
Serve as the field-based &ldquo;Production Expert&rdquo; within Central Area on a 14/14 field rotation reporting to the Production GM&rsquo;s. Support continual improvement of Production Operations.</li><li>
Ensure alignment with Apache corporate and functional objectives by prioritizing safe operations, delivering production targets, and maintaining strict fiscal discipline.</li><li>
Oversee water flood operations including source &amp; produced water reinjection systems, injection well performance, and reservoir optimization support across the fields.</li><li>

Monitor and optimize production well performance, gathering system capacity, and identify pipeline and facility debottlenecking opportunities to increase production and system reliability.</li><li>
Provide oversight of contractor-operated RPFs, drive performance improvements, and intervene when service delivery, safety, reliability, injection targets, or cost control expectations are not met.</li><li>
Communicate effectively and coordinate work with other departments such as Maintenance, Asset Integrity (Corrosion team), Lab, Drilling &amp; Completions, Prod Ops/Eng to optimize resources and minimize downtime / deferrals.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to KPC policies and procedures; hold all KPC staff and contractors accountable for compliance with EH&amp;S standards.</li><li>
Conduct EH&amp;S audits, update &amp; create SOP&rsquo;s, ensure accurate Risk Assessments are completed in a timely manner, and take part in incident investigations ensuring lessons learned are applied.

PROD. ENGINEER II - CENTRAL AREA

The Deputy Field General Manager in conjunction with the EGPC appointed counterpart is responsible for the day to day operations of the entire field including wells, facilities in their area of responsibility and specific projects as directed by the Deputy Production Operations General Manager. This a 14/14 day rotational position.</p><ul><li>The Deputy Field General Manger is the lead Apache prescense in the field. This position is expected to lead and drive four main areas: safety, production delivery, OPEX management/reduction and CAPEX optimization/savings.</li><li>Conduct safety audits to ensure procedures are being followed, incidents are reported and goals are being met. Conduct and followup on incident investigations and participate/review risk assesments. Ensure recommendations are being implemented.</li><li>Responsible for daily production volumes and variances, any safety incidents, field activities, project updates, operational upsets, and any other issues that could impact production. Prepare accurate daily reports accordingly for the Deputy Production Operations General Manager.</li><li>Other duties include: contractor management, running the camps, inventory management, review and approval of activity/material requisitions and weekly field visits to locations
</li><li>Provide strong and effective leadership and team coordination to deliver solutions for the operation and maintenance of wells, gathering systems, RPFs, processing and storage facilities, rotating equipment, pipelines etc. across their area of responsibility to maximize sales volumes safely with a focus on maximizing production volumes and minimizing costs.</li><li>Communicate effectively and coordinate work with other departments including Drilling/Completions/Workover, Maintenance, Asset Integrity, Projects/Facility Engineering to optimize resources, deliver projects on time and minimize production downtime.</li><li>Work with Field and Cairo staff to identify, evaluate and implement projects while troubleshooting and optimizing existing operations to maximize production and reduce costs</li><li>Assist in the development/training for field personnel and support succession planning of Field staff.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Field Manager - Eastern Area,Razzak

The TOC Security Coordinator supports Apache Egypt&rsquo;s 24/7 Tracking &amp; Operations Center (TOC), which performs the full functions of a Security Operations Center (SOC). The role provides continuous monitoring, tracking, and incident coordination for all field teams in the Western Desert, as well as expatriate employees working and living in Cairo and when travelling outside the Cairo metropolitan area.<br>
The coordinator acts as the initial point of contact for any security or travel-related issue, delivers first-response guidance, and ensures timely escalation to Security Management. The role directly supports and coordinates with the Mobile Response Team (MRT) to manage incidents and maintain situational awareness across Apache&rsquo;s operational and residential footprint in Cairo.<br>
Key Responsibilities<br>
A. Monitoring &amp; Journey Tracking<br>
<ul><li>Provide real-time tracking of all field movements in accordance with JM Matrix requirements from the four Western Desert locations.</li><li>Monitor expatriates based in Cairo during any travel outside the city, ensuring location updates, communication checks, and awareness of local risks.</li><li>Identify deviations, delays, or loss-of-contact events and initiate prompt corrective actions.</li></ul>
B. Security &amp; Travel Incident Response<br>
<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for any security or travel issue, including road traffic collisions, concerns about the area travelled through, situational threat changes, or general security events.</li><li>Deliver immediate guidance aligned with emergency procedures while notifying the Security Supervisor and Egypt Security Manager.</li><li>Maintain communication with personnel until Security Management assumes control.</li></ul>
C. Coordination with Mobile Response Team (MRT)<br>
<ul><li>Deploy and direct MRT units to reported locations requiring support or verification.</li><li>Maintain continuous communication with MRT teams, logging all updates.</li><li>Report on MRT actions and outcomes to the Security Supervisor and Manager.</li></ul>
D. Information &amp; Reporting<br>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate TOC logs, incident reports, and structured shift handovers.</li><li>Prepare daily summaries covering field movements, expat travel monitoring, and any incidents.</li><li>Protect the confidentiality and accuracy of all security-related information.</li></ul>
E. SOC-Standard Monitoring Duties<br>
<ul><li>Monitor GPS tracking systems, radio communications, CCTV, alarms, and remote surveillance feeds.</li><li>Assess external risk indicators such as local security alerts, route conditions, weather, and OSINT findings.</li><li>Conduct routine checks on TOC systems, communication devices, and backup equipment.</li></ul>
F. Compliance &amp; Support<br>
