We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management activities while also overseeing the administration of the company&rsquo;s corporate credit card program. This role plays a key part in optimizing liquidity, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and maintaining strong internal controls over card usage and treasury operations.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b><br>
Treasury &amp; Cash Management</b></p><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across accounts</li><li>
Prepare short-term cash forecasts and assist with long-term cash planning</li><li>
Initiate and manage wire transfers, ACH payments, and bank transactions</li><li>
Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies</li><li>
Maintain relationships with banking partners and support account management activities</li><li>
Assist in debt management, investments, and treasury reporting</li></ul><p><br>

<b>Corporate Credit Card Program Management</b></p><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Administer the corporate credit card program, including issuing, canceling, and maintaining cards</li><li>
Monitor card activity to ensure compliance with company policies and detect potential misuse</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding card-related inquiries</li><li>
Partner with card provider to resolve disputes, fraud issues, and billing discrepancies</li><li>
Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and controls related to card usage</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Compliance &amp; Reporting</b></p><br>

Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies</li><li>
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Familiarity with internal controls and SOX compliance</li><li>
Experience with expense management tools (e.g., Concur)</li><li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></h2></div><p></p><div><p><br>
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:</p><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li>
1&ndash;5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting</li><li>
Experience managing corporate credit card programs is strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP/TMS experience a plus)</li><li>
Knowledge of banking platforms and payment processes (ACH, wires, etc.)</li><li>
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
