Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring design concepts to life from ideation through execution. You will work on a range of projects including [residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.], collaborating with clients, vendors, and the internal design team to deliver functional and inspiring spaces.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.</li><li>Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.</li><li>Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications.</li><li>Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and color palettes.</li><li>Prepare and present design proposals and modifications.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors during implementation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and accessibility standards.</li><li>Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.</li><li>Conduct site visits and supervise installation to ensure design intent is realized.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>8 + years of experience in interior design (specify experience level as needed).</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of sustainable and ergonomic design principles is a plus.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing a range of design work.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li><li>Creative, collaborative team culture.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
