 Overview:
 
 
 
 This role is to support the delivery of specialist process safety, risk management and HSE management system services to clients for operational assets and also during projects execution &ndash; greenfield and brownfield. This position will provide support for work to be performed across the Middle East region. The role will focus on clients in UAE and KSA but may also involve support to projects elsewhere around the Middle East. Our safety services are intended to provide optimized means for clients to achieve their corporate policies and to reduce/eliminate failures impacting on safety, environment and production. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 10-15 years&rsquo; experience, an engineering degree, is self-motivated, and willing to be an integral part of the team. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of tasks, primarily in an office environment, but should expect to travel to client sites on occasion.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct workshops and qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including HAZOP, PHA, HAZID, SIL, PHSER and bow-tie assessment, as well as physical effects modeling and frequency analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing risk assessment studies, including QRA, FRA, FERA, EERA, ESSA, F&amp;G Mapping, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and coordinating production of HSE Cases,
 </li>
 <li>
 ALARP Study, COMAH
 </li>
 <li>
 Flare Radiation &amp; Dispersion Analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing Health, Safety, Environmental Impact assessments (HSEIA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out review and enhancement of client HSE management systems documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge and work experience in PSM &ndash; Gap Analysis, Implementation as per OSHA/CCPS, etc.,
 </li>
 <li>
 HSE /BBS Culture assessment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Safety Culture Assessment and Implementation ; HSE Training preparation and delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading HSE Audits , Inspections and conducting Incident Investigations ( desirable)
 </li>
 <li>
 Dropped Object Studies ( will be an advantage)
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing technical HSE and management system advice to existing facilities and major design projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of standards, methods, data and use of appropriate software
 </li>
 <li>
 Producing project deliverables on time to required quality and to budget
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in science/engineering-based discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 10-15 years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using PHA-Pro, PHAST/SAFETI, Bowtie XP/ Thesis, FLARESIM software and 3D-Detect &amp; ExSILentia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of ADNOC and/or ARAMCO, QE, PDO, KOC standards and relevant international standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in the oil and gas, petrochemical and/or power generations industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with a consultancy company would be an advantage.
 </li>
