 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
 
 Account Director
 
 to lead the development and execution of strategic communications plans, manage multi-agency coordination, and enhance the strategic positioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing communications strategies, coordinating with social media, marketing, and branding agencies, and driving impactful media engagements. This role requires in-depth knowledge of local and regional media landscapes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strategic Communications Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that align with the organization&rsquo;s goals and enhance its strategic positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Agency Coordination: Manage and coordinate with external agencies, including social media, marketing, and branding teams, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Media Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional media outlets to secure strategic media coverage and manage media engagements effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, speeches, presentations, and other communication materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand Management: Ensure the organization&rsquo;s brand identity is consistently represented across all communication channels and campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Crisis Communication: Lead crisis communication efforts, providing timely and effective responses to protect and enhance the organization&rsquo;s reputation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

 Qualifications And Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: 8+ years of experience in a reputable communications agency, with a focus on strategic communications, media engagement, and multi-agency coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and regional media landscapes, with established relationships in the industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute effective communications strategies that align with organizational objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidate must be based in Riyadh or is willing to fully relocate.

 Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and track KPIs
 </li>

 Exhibit creativity and attention to detail in content creation
 </li>
