 Summary of Job:
 
 Responsible for overall operations of the School both academically and administratively in conjunction with the Management. He /she&rsquo;s to coordinate with Internal and External stakeholders to ensure that the school functions smoothly and efficiently.
 </li>

 Job Responsibilities :
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To develop and deploy appropriate Strategies, Action Plans - Short Term and Long Term to take forward the CBSE School and build to a truly world class CBSE School.
 </li>
 <li>
 To provide Leadership to build it to a strong scholastic and co-scholastic team along with administration to enhance the overall performance of the school.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for continuous assessment, benchmarking, innovation and implementation of appropriate processes to constantly improve.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively meet set expectations on Revenue, Cost optimization and other finance related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively manage People, Infrastructure and other resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance Brand Equity of the School and connect with Stakeholders, in regulatory compliant manner with a view to the future at all times.
 </li>

 Academics &amp; Co-Curricular
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Enhancing and enriching curriculum, pedagogies for CBSE for potential integration with entrance examinations in senior secondary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure delivery of academic and value added programs comprehensively within set parameters of quality, cost and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure teaching, evaluation and assessments of students and Teachers at highest standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure implementation of co-scholastic programs (e.g. art, physical education etc) as per mandated standards and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure processes are implemented for envisaged results in respect of Human Learning, Inculcation of Values and character building, Career, Psychological counseling and taking care of children with special needs.

 Administration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute with high standards the administrative duties of the Principal with regards to internal functioning and as an interface with external authorities and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 To be In-charge of admissions, time table, allocation of duties, supervision of staff, ensuring facilities including Transportation, in accordance with mandates and managing infrastructure as per mandates prescribed by managing committee and Regulatory Bodies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Networking, Coordination and Trouble shooting in liaison with Directorate of Education, CBSE, NCERT, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure discipline and maintain the standards of Conduct at all times.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Brand Building
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Dealing with all critical issues pertaining to stakeholders including networking for Brand Building, Promotion and Sustenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor appropriate communication mechanisms, including media relations for brand promotion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure safety, security and hygiene of students, teachers, and support staff in school precincts. Address management issues should there be a crisis/critical situation.
 </li>

 Undertake all aspects of sustainability &ndash; academics, co-curricular, financial, infrastructure, brand building, process improvements, people development and management, and connect with key constituents.

 Develop, deploy and monitor action plans to achieve sustainability objectives with a focus on the future.

 Setting performance projections, standards and benchmarks for Institution and staff and monitoring the same.

 Plan and supervise conduct of Teacher training, employee development and career progression programs.

 Excellent academic track record. Regular B.Ed, Post Graduate in any Teaching subject with Professional degree in Education and preferably with good management acumen. Academic qualifications from globally reputed Institutions preferred.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience :

 <li>
 8 years in the rank of Principal in Schools of repute with student strength in the range of 1500-2000 students and above. Preferred age group 45-50 years. Experience of managing Global level Schools preferred.
 </li>
