Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients , providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Follows through with all workflow operations established for service effectiveness.</li><li>Maintain incoming customer and management requests by inputting requests and tracking status.</li><li>Processes customer and internal management requests according to the organization's policies and procedures.</li><li>Provides timely feedback to clients and internal management regarding service issues and concerns.</li><li>Coordinates and assists in delivering training as needed for effective workflow and service.</li><li>Partner with the corporate and field management team to ensure customer expectations are met.</li><li>Reports on service, personnel, and customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various tasks, including document creation and spreadsheet management.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish in order to communicate with workers/clientele.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks such as filing and data entry.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective phone etiquette.</li></ul>Experience and Education<ul><li>Performs work under general supervision.</li><li>Handles moderately complex issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.</li><li>Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.</li><li>Typically requires a high school diploma and 2&ndash;4 years of related experience.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of relevant office experience.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>MUST be fluent in Spanish</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hourWork Location: In person
