 ROLE REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 
 
 
 The Senior Consultant at Apex Advisory must hold proven experience in project and/or client account management, with the ability to work as part of a busy team and lead multiple engagements simultaneously. Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have a strong background in management consulting services, likely in the GCC.
 
 
 
 
 
 The role requires regular travel and remote work from client offices when required.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Senior Consultant is a key member of the Apex Advisory client servicing team and is responsible for leading, directing and monitoring the planning and implementation of large scale, complex projects, while building a collaborative environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 Typical responsibilities include:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Become familiar with the client's business environment to lead projects effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Ownership of and leadership for key client projects ensuring delivery of the highest quality deliverables and ensuring timely and efficient project operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the organisation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the scope and schedule of projects are achievable within the given time and budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership for and provide direction and leadership on solving consulting issues associated with a project with the project management team, clients, and other interested parties
 </li>
 <li>
 Applying theoretical, managerial, and technical skills to fulfil identified objectives and deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing a solid project management strategy for task interdependence
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing project risks, contingency and mitigation plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining high team performance and productivity
 </li>
 <li>
 Being present in client offices as required to deal with any issues in real-time
 </li>
 <li>
 Presenting key project updates to client stakeholders and agency partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating and managing project plans and reports for numerous agency projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct and coordinate the project site visits as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaising directly with the client to update on project deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading client and stakeholder meetings on project specifics
 </li>
 <li>
 Setting up and managing administrative procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Updating company CRM system
 </li>
 <li>
 Presenting to the APEX Management Team
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating and executing research tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring all information is captured and project databases are updated in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing the Project Team to provide ongoing support
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing/ reviewing and approving the production of client materials e.g. presentations, letters, and memos
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing/ reviewing and approving the client&rsquo;s reports, including status updates, agendas, and meeting minutes/summaries
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading the Client meeting from the APEX Team and reviewing, approving, and sharing the Minutes with the Client
 </li>
 <li>
 Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping abreast of industry and daily news reports to stay on top of current affairs and client sector news
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to practise development initiatives and sector programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical knowledge, coaching and development to junior team members
 </li>

 ROLE REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Demonstrate evidence of the following skills and experience which are critical to the role:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evidenced to be well versed with feasibility studies, impact assessment studies, business strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 An understanding of core consulting methodologies including strategy assessment, operating model development and implementation planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in consulting-oriented project management/client delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organisational skills, required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, inquisitive personality and passion for knowledge &amp; experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability and overall positive attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong computer knowledge and skills, including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office fundamentals
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel regularly, particularly in Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultural awareness of the Middle East and specifically Saudi Arabia
 </li>
