 Your Responsibilities As a Scientist 1

 Collect soil, water, air, and/or building material samples.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather, analyze, and interpret data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Input data into template reports.
 </li>
 <li>

 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BA/BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, or other related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Entry level experience acceptable, on the job training available.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical writing skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 40-hour HAZWOPER or MSHA certification preferred or ability to complete in 3 mos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience with environmental field sampling (soil and water), and data collection a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with due diligence projects (Phase I and II ESAs) a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Light construction experience/hands-on skills a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mechanical aptitude a plus.
