Position:</b> Landscape Foreman (Stormwater)<br>
<b>Location: Mesa, AZ</b><br>
<b>Compensation:</b> $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience<br>
<b>Schedule:</b> Full Time, 40-55 hours per week (Monday-Friday, overtime opportunities)<br>
<b>Regional Travel:</b> Required, typically 10-15 days per month ($55 per diem on travel days)</p>

We're hiring a <b>Landscape Foreman (Stormwater)</b> to support the maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. Whether you have experience in construction, manual labor, or lawn maintenance as a Crew Leader &mdash; or simply enjoy working outdoors &mdash; we'd love to hear from you!</p>

<p><b>What you'll do:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other stormwater assets).</li>
<li>Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members, communicating and enforcing all safety regulations.</li>
<li>Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance and cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs for client properties.</li>
<li>Operate landscaping and light construction equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.</li>
<li>Prepare reports and document work in the field using Apex proprietary systems.</li>
<li>Travel from the shop location via the company truck to client sites locally and regionally. 10-15 days of travel is typical (M-F only).</li>
</ul>
<p>What we're looking for:</p>
<ul>
<li>2-4+ years of experience with manual labor, outdoor experience preferred.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials preferred.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel locally and regionally required.</li>
<li>Due to DOT interstate transportation requirements, employees must meet the minimum requirement of 21 years of age.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation required.</li>
<li>Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening. We are a drug-free workplace.</li>
<li>Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e., bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and work in a variety of weather conditions.</li>
