<div><p>We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced and relationship-driven marketing professional to join our team as the Marketing Manager, Specialty Growth &amp; Outreach. This pivotal role will focus on growing new patient referrals and strengthening referral partnerships across Apex&rsquo;s specialty practices &mdash; including pediatric, orthodontic, and endodontic offices.</p><p>
This is not a traditional sales position &mdash; it&rsquo;s a hands-on, relationship-based marketing role. The right candidate will be skilled in grassroots outreach, community networking, and referral development, and will be equally comfortable training others to do the same. You&rsquo;ll serve as both strategist and coach: developing plans, joining our teams in the field, modeling effective outreach, and helping practice leaders build lasting referral relationships.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase patient referrals and new patient growth for specialty practices.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with referring dental practices, pediatricians, and other local referral sources.</li><li>
Accompany practice teams on outreach visits to model professional networking and train team members in effective referral relationship building.</li><li>
Coordinate promotional and educational events such as open houses, study clubs, CE events, and community activities.</li><li>
Partner with the marketing team to create supporting materials, outreach content, and referral communications.</li><li>
Track referral relationships and engagement activity in CRM or database tools; measure effectiveness and ROI.</li><li>
Provide regular reporting on referral data, marketing activities, and growth metrics.</li><li>
Collaborate with operations and specialty leaders to identify opportunities for local market growth.</li><li>
Maintain a professional, polished presence representing Apex&rsquo;s brand standards and patient experience values.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in marketing, outreach, business development, or community relations &mdash; ideally in healthcare or service industries.</li><li>
Proven ability to build trust-based professional relationships.</li><li>
Comfortable with face-to-face networking and public speaking.</li><li>
Strong coaching and communication skills; able to train others in relationship-building techniques.</li><li>
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with a high sense of accountability.</li><li>
Able to travel to multiple practices and events; valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation required.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
