Job Description:Apex Fulfilment is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dedicated team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support for their logistics needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer queries through phone and chat.</li><li>Call customers for confirmation of every new order.</li><li>Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer service progress.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service is preferred.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Join our team and help us provide exceptional support to our customers!</li></ul><ul><li>Timings: 11 AM &ndash; 8 PM</li><li>Days: Monday&ndash;Saturday</li><li>Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-site)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 15/10/2025
