The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing building materials from suppliers and the local market while ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and timely availability of materials.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and purchase building materials from suppliers and the local market</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers</li><li>Ensure timely procurement to meet project and sales requirements</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams</li><li>Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Purchaser in the building materials industry (mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing</li><li>Good negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Must be fluent in English and Hindi</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchases</li></ul>Location: Deira, Dubai Salary: AED 3,000-3,500Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV. The candidate must have strong experience in trading companies and be capable of handling large-volume transactions, daily reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting.______________Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries (purchases, sales, receipts, payments, petty cash).Conduct supplier &amp; customer reconciliation on a weekly/monthly basis.Prepare VAT computations, filing, and supporting documents.Manage accounts receivable and follow-up for payments.Monitor ageing reports and highlight overdue accounts.Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow statements.Coordinate with the sales &amp; logistics team for invoice accuracy.Support month-end closing and financial reporting for the head office.Maintain proper documentation for audits.______________Requirements:Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in a trading company (mandatory).Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks / similar ERP software.Ability to manage heavy transaction volumes.Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.Strong analytical and communication skills.______________Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: AED 2,500 &ndash; AED 3,000 (depending on experience).</li></ul>______________Hiring Process:1.
