This role focuses on managing day-to-day follow-up with existing customers, processing their orders, and coordinating all logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of lubricants products. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling order operations from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Management &amp; Sales Support<ul><li>Maintain daily communication with existing customers to follow up on orders, inquiries, and delivery requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and process customer orders, quotations, and sales confirmations.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor customer buying patterns and follow up on repeat orders to ensure consistent sales cycles.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide timely updates on product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.</li></ul>Logistics Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to arrange loading, dispatch, and delivery of lubricants.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare logistics documentation including delivery notes, packing lists, and transport requests.</li></ul><ul><li>Track shipments and ensure customers receive accurate and timely delivery updates.</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with transport providers to schedule deliveries and handle any delays or operational challenges.</li></ul>Internal Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with sales, warehouse, finance, and procurement teams to maintain seamless order flow.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate any order or delivery issues quickly to the sales team and customers.</li></ul><ul><li>Support reporting activities including daily sales tracking, logistics performance, and customer activity reports.</li></ul>Required<ul><li>1&ndash;3+ years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in oil &amp; lubricants, automotive products, industrial supplies, or similar industries (preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication and customer-relationship skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Email.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Knowledge of transport scheduling, warehouse processes, and delivery operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of lubricants handling, safety requirements, or product categories (advantage).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED2,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Sales/Logistics: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
