Location: Briarcliff Manor, NY 
A Skilled Nursing Facility in Briarcliff Manor, NY is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support oversight of clinical operations and nursing staff. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role requiring prior ADON experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
The ADON will partner directly with the Director of Nursing to maintain regulatory compliance, support staffing stability, and ensure high standards of resident care. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support daily oversight of nursing operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility</li><li>
Ensure compliance with CMS and New York State DOH regulations</li><li>
Assist with survey preparation, regulatory inspections, and plans of correction</li><li>
Supervise unit managers, RN supervisors, and nursing staff</li><li>
Monitor documentation accuracy, care plans, and infection control standards</li><li>
Participate in QAPI initiatives and quality improvement efforts</li><li>
Assist with staffing oversight and clinical performance management</li><li>
Collaborate with the DON and Administrator on operational stability</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Active New York RN license required</li><li>
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility required</li><li>
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and NY DOH survey processes</li><li>
Demonstrated experience supporting survey readiness and compliance</li><li>
Proven ability to manage nursing staff in a SNF environment</li><li>
Strong organizational and leadership skills</li></ul>
