Oversee printing and vendor timelines/costs.- Lead email marketing: design campaigns, segment CRM lists (Constant Contact), manage cadence &amp; analytics, and continually refine strategy.- Create social content: craft LinkedIn posts and maintain a social calendar that engages customers and supports vendor relationships.- Produce and edit visuals: product photo retouching, mock-ups, videography, and Adobe Premiere editing for marketing assets.- Trade show &amp; events: update displays, order giveaways, coordinate show photography/videography, and attend shows as needed.- Collaborate with sales: develop sales presentations, literature, and coordinate onsite shoots for marketing content.- Track results: analyze marketing performance, share clear monthly takeaways with the team, celebrate wins, and iterate on tactics.- Manage vendor stock &amp; miscellaneous design tasks: swag, vehicle wraps, logos, business cards, employee headshots, onboarding materials, and more.Who we&rsquo;re looking for- Creative, motivated marketer/designer with hands-on WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite experience.- E-commerce familiarity a big plus (experience with launches, product listings, or platform migrations).- Strong written communication and visual design skills; comfortable with basic photography/videography and video editing.- Organized, analytical, and collaborative &mdash; ready to translate data into better campaigns and sales enablement.- Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can report directly to leadership.How to applySend your resume, portfolio or samples of design/marketing work, and a brief note about why you&rsquo;re excited to help build our e-commerce presence to [email/contact].
