Position Overview: 
We are seeking a PRN Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department with administrative, recruiting, and employee support tasks. This role is perfect for a student or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive environment.
HR &amp; Administrative Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new hire documents, communicating with candidates, and maintaining employee files.</li>
<li>Help maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and HR reporting.</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, organizing documents, and responding to internal inquiries.</li>
<li>Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.</li>
