<b>
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</b><br>
<ul><li>Climbing and working on communication towers to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wireless systems</li><li>Assembling/erecting various tower types, including self-support, monopoles, guyed towers, etc.</li><li>Installing antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power, etc., at elevated heights of over 100 feet</li><li>Working closely with, helping manage, and mentor technicians, and staying aligned with our OJT training program</li></ul></div>
<ul><li>Learn to read construction documents
</li></ul><ul><li>Review assigned crews and adhere to project schedules</li><li>Adhering to all company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards/regulations</li></ul><br>

JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><br>
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Must have reliable transportation; a valid driver&rsquo;s license may be required for certain assignments involving travel or use of company vehicles.</li><li>Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays</li><li>Working knowledge of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment</li><li>Ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a 50lb. load</li></ul></div><p><br>

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:</b><b> </b>Local, out-of-the-area and extended travel is required (up to 95%).</p><p><br>
