</div><div><b>Job Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>
Lead and manage junior digital marketer(s), providing mentorship and performance feedback, and ensure continued growth and goal attainment.</li><li>
Oversee social media strategy and execution.</li><li>
Expand and refine impact of email marketing strategy to support all business areas and all patient segments.</li><li>
Increase impact of e-commerce to drive incremental revenue YOY.</li><li>
Direct key third party partners to execute digital marketing work including paid media, web development, content, creative, and e-commerce.</li><li>
Ownership and oversight of company websites including legacy site, e-commerce site, and Clinical Research website.</li><li>
Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.</li><li>
Analyze, report, and present on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies, and to support multiple departmental goals.</li><li>
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.</li><li>
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.</li><li>
Identify and establish partnerships with digital platforms and third-party vendors.</li><li>
Ensure brand consistency and enhance online presence across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>
Develop and implement testing strategies to optimize conversion rates and user engagement, including A/B testing, digital tactic comparison, and more.</li><li>
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.</li><li>
Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>
Apply customer data and segmentation to strategy to improve campaign effectiveness.</li><li>
Measure and improve patient experience digitally and work collaboratively for a smooth experience at all touchpoints, digitally and otherwise.</li><li>
Provide guidance for future state of digital marketing including new AI and technology advances that will drive marketing efficiency.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><div><b><br>
Job Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing</li><li>
Preferred, 3 years in a managerial role.</li><li>
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.</li><li>
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, AI, AEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>
Interest in continued learning as digital marketing evolves; established habits to keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.</li><li>
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, DOMO, and similar.</li><li>
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.</li><li>
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations.</li><li>
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li><li>
Successful history of cross functional partnerships to achieve collaborative business goals.</li><li>
Outstanding leadership and team management skills.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills.</li><li>
Experience with A/B testing and other optimization strategies.</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM software and customer segmentation strategies.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Experience in budget management and financial planning for marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Creative and critical thinking to solve problems and suggest new solutions.</li><li>
Ability to execute digital efforts timely and effectively, while keeping high level strategy top of mind.</li><li>
