We are seeking a passionate, patient-focused <b>Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner </b>to deliver exceptional cosmetic and skincare experiences in a collaborative, fast-growing environment. At Apex, we are committed to providing outstanding patient care, prompt access to services, and continued education within the communities we serve.</p>

As an Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner, you will perform advanced aesthetic treatments while building lasting patient relationships and helping patients feel confident in their skin.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3>
<ul><li>Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including:
<ul><li>Cosmetic injectables</li>
<li>Chemical peels</li>
<li>Microneedling</li>
<li>CoolSculpting</li>
<li>Additional skincare services</li>
</ul></li><li>Conduct patient consultations and recommend customized treatment plans</li>
<li>Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and pre/post-care instructions</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation</li>
<li>Support cosmetic events, trainings, and patient education initiatives</li>
<li>Promote a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered environment</li>
<li>Maintain treatment room cleanliness and inventory standards</li>
<li>Ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA and company policies</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Schedule</b></h3>
<ul><li>Two days per week</li>
<li>Two Saturday's per month (morning hours only)</li>
<li>Flexible scheduling based on clinic and patient needs</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Unrestricted and Active Ohio License</li>
<li>Completion of <b>ANCC</b> or <b>AANP</b> certification required</li>
<li><b>1&ndash;2 years of cosmetic injectable experience required</b></li>
<li>Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li>
<li>Strong organizational and clinical judgment skills</li>
<li>Proven sales and patient relationship-building experience</li>
<li>Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Commitment to continuing education and staying current on aesthetic trends</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Physical Requirements &amp; Work Environment</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Prolonged periods of sitting with periodic standing and walking</li>
<li>Frequent use of hands and fingers for documentation, computer entry, and clinical procedures</li>
<li>Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds</li>
<li>Visual acuity sufficient to review medical records, lab data, and electronic systems</li>
<li>Work is performed in a clinical research environment with direct patient interaction</li>
<li>Exposure to biological specimens, laboratory equipment, and clinical testing materials</li>
<li>Requires strict adherence to IRB, GCP, HIPAA, OSHA, and Apex safety standards</li>
<li>May require multitasking in a deadline-driven research setting</li>

All patient-facing employees are required to provide proof of a TB test within the past 12 months and an annual flu vaccination as part of Apex Skin&rsquo;s employee health and safety protocols. The Hepatitis B vaccination series is also strongly recommended for clinical staff due to potential occupational exposure risks.
