Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Trash Truck Driver (Non-CDL) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate a trash truck on residential routes to collect and dispose of waste materials in a timely and safe manner. You will work closely with other crew members and ensure that all services are carried out according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Drive and Operate Trash Truck: Safely operate a non-CDL trash truck on assigned residential routes, ensuring timely waste collection.</li><li>
Waste Collection: Assist with the loading, transport, and unloading of waste from residential areas.</li><li>
Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety protocols while operating the vehicle and during the collection process, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>
Customer Service: Interact courteously with residents and address any questions or concerns related to waste collection services.</li><li>
Route Management: Ensure routes are completed within scheduled timelines and report any delays or issues to the supervisor.</li><li>
Truck Maintenance: Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in proper working condition, including checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, and other components.</li><li>
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of waste collected, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or truck malfunctions.</li><li>
Team Collaboration: Work closely with waste collection team members to ensure efficient and effective service.</li><li>
Other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License: Must have a valid, state-issued driver's license (non-commercial).</li><li>
Driving Experience: Previous experience driving a truck or large vehicle is preferred.</li><li>
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.</li><li>
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and adherence to traffic laws and regulations.</li><li>
Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and residents.</li><li>
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned routes within specified timelines.</li></ul>

Job Summary:
As a Residential Driver for our waste collection company, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a waste collection truck, servicing residential areas according to scheduled routes. Your duties include collecting household waste while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company safety standards. You will interact professionally with customers and team members, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any operational issues. This role requires a valid commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL B), physical stamina, and a commitment to providing reliable waste management services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Safely drive and operate industry specialized trucks to collect trash containers at residential neighborhoods while navigating high traffic, congested roads and alleys</li><li>
Assist with the loading, transport, and unloading of waste from residential areas.</li><li>
Follow all safety protocols while operating the vehicle and during the collection process, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>
Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in proper working condition, including checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, and other components.</li><li>
