Postion Summary:</b></p><p>
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, anaylitical <b>Quality Improvement Coordinator</b> who will be responsible for coordinating quality improvement activities related to Value Based and Clinical Quality Programs aligned with Apicha CHC&rsquo;s participation in incentive programs of Managed Care Organization (MCO) as well as independent Practice Associations (IPA)</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in healthcare, human services related field required. Business Administration with work experience in the health care field may be considered</li><li>
3-5 years&rsquo; experience with an electronic health record preferred. (eClinicalWorks strongly preferred);</li><li>
Knowledge of medical terminology required</li><li>
Knowledge of HEDIS/QUARR and/or UDS Measures preferred</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint require</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required</li><li>
Detail-oriented, problem solving and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk or sit for an extended period of time; Ability to see and hear within normal range</li>
Consistently working at a desk in front of a computer monitor, significant typing, and data entry<br>

Primarily sedentary work performed in an indoor office environment.</li><li>
