Abraxas I provides adolescent treatment programs for substance abuse, delinquency and medically necessary mental health services. Our 90-acre campus is nestled in the Allegheny National Forest in northwestern Pennsylvania.

Teacher Essential Functions<ul><li>Employ a wide variety of instructional methods, behavioral tools, and materials that are most appropriate for meeting standard operating procedures and educational objectives that are outlined in the school curriculum.</li><li>Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the clients&rsquo; maturity.</li><li>Create and maintain accurate client/administrative documents such as daily attendance and grade books; summarize achievements in reports for assigned clients including attendance and behavior.</li><li>Develops daily lesson plans and completes all required educational paperwork.</li><li>Participate as an educational team member in coordination with the clients, staff, and school and represents the program in professional meetings, family meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.</li><li>Supports the Abraxas philosophy and mission and promotes the Seven Key Principles of care.</li><li>Demonstrates appropriate use of Safe Crisis Management techniques and skills.</li></ul>
Your Education and Certification:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field in subject matter that is utilized for teaching experience.</li><li>
State certification (public (level I or II) or private) in education.</li></ul>
Other Qualifications:<ul><li>
At least twenty-one (21) years of age</li><li>
Driver's License</li><li>
Physical exam that includes TB and drug testing.</li><li>
Criminal clearances (State Police, FBI and State Child Abuse Clearances)</li><li>

Summary of Position: The Staff Development Specialist provides initial orientation training, in conjunction with the Human Resources Department for all Crossroads Programs employees, and other Children&rsquo;s Division affiliates as assigned. The Staff Development Specialist also is responsible for providing ongoing/refresher training to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and internal requirements. Responsible for obtaining and maintain all training certifications as required.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

<div>HIRING A PRODUCTION MANAGER TO OVERSEE OUR NJ &amp; PA FACILITIES:
The PRODUCTION MANAGER is responsible for leading and overseeing our entire production facilities (NJ and PA), ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of gourmet popcorn. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of production management, including creating schedules, hiring and training, fostering an inclusive work environment, driving innovation, and managing inventory both at our facility and off-site warehouses and storage locations. Our Production Manager is expected to set a hardworking and positive example to our entire production team.
Major Responsibilities<ul><li>
PRODUCTION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT</li></ul><ul><li>
Develop and maintain a weekly production schedule that optimizes efficiency and meets production targets.</li><li>
Create shift schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure proper staffing levels.</li><li>
Lead the hiring process for new employees and provide support for neurodiverse staff, including making necessary accommodations.</li><li>
