We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Saudi Arabia Riyadh team. Your mission will be to develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability, while ensuring your team engages clients with exceptional service.
Requirements
Main Accountabilities
Business Performance &amp; Operations<ul>
<li>
Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximize business profitability</li>
<li>Analyze performance to identify business needs and turn them into individual actions and objectives</li>
<li>Analyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies</li>
<li>Ensure staff is trained in all areas of appropriate POS usage and maintenance</li>
<li>Understand and properly execute all management POS functions</li>
<li>Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed including bank deposits, safe funds and petty cash</li>
<li>Monitor the movement of all inventory and ensure that staff adheres to all transferring/receiving policies and procedures</li>
<li>Maintain boutique image according to the brand&rsquo;s standards</li>
<li>Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies</li>
<li>Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction</li>
</ul>
Client Experience &amp; Development<ul>
<li>
Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service</li>
<li>Manage client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact</li>
<li>Execute service excellence to increase client satisfaction and retain customer loyalty</li>
<li>Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Manage all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, sale events, etc.</li>
<li>Empower associates to make decisions in the customer&rsquo;s best interest that also support the company&rsquo;s philosophy</li>
</ul>
Team Management &amp; Development<ul>
<li>
Identify and recruit new talents, build and retain a high performing team</li>
<li>Lead by example demonstrating passion towards APM MONACO, know our brand&rsquo;s products, mission and value</li>
<li>Conduct in-store training, one-o-one coaching and team meetings</li>
<li>Build individual objectives and development plans</li>
<li>Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and always adhered to</li>
<li>Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR team when necessary</li>
</ul>

<li>Fluency in Arabic and English, other languages would be a plus</li>
<li>Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude</li>

<li>Support Store-in-Charge in sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, team management</li>
<li>Fluency in English, Arabic &amp; other languages would be a plus</li>
<li>Approachable personality and customer-service oriented</li>
