Requirements &ndash;<ul><li>Qualified Company Secretary (CS) (ICSI).</li><li>6&ndash;8 months of practical experience (articleship / industrial training / internship / job) in corporate secretarial work.</li><li>Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, ROC filings, and MCA compliance portal.</li><li>Familiarity with drafting resolutions, notices, minutes, and agreements.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEBI, FEMA, RBI regulations (added advantage).</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Responsibilities &ndash; <ul><li>Assisting in drafting, preparing, and maintaining statutory records, registers, and minutes of Board and General Meetings.</li><li>Handling filing e-forms, ROC returns, and MCA compliance.</li><li>Assisting in preparation of Board resolutions, notices, and agendas.</li><li>handling compliance of SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations</li><li>Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulators for statutory requirements.</li><li>Maintaining compliance calendar and tracking due dates.</li><li>Assisting in drafting of agreements, corporate documents, and legal correspondences.</li><li>Supporting clients&rsquo; Company Secretary in annual filings, AGM/EGM preparation, and secretarial audits.</li><li>Ensuring timely compliance of corporate governance requirements.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
