About Us:Apollo Clinic Karama is part of the globally renowned Apollo Hospitals Group, delivering world-class healthcare services with a strong focus on patient care and medical excellence. We are expanding our reach in Dubai and are seeking dynamic Marketing &amp; Business Development Executives to strengthen our clinic&rsquo;s brand presence, drive patient engagement, and build long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote clinic services (OPD, Specialists, Dental, Lab, Radiology, and Home Care).</li><li>Identify and build new business opportunities through partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, schools, hotels, gated communities, GSAs, and travel partners.</li><li>Plan and implement marketing campaigns, events, health talks, and community outreach programs.</li><li>Support patient acquisition for specialist consultations and in-house services.</li><li>Promote Apollo Clinic&rsquo;s home care services, health packages, and international referral programs.</li><li>Manage digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, lead generation, and content coordination.</li><li>Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.</li><li>Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for management.</li><li>Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years&rsquo; experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or a similar role in the UAE.</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare services, insurance processes, and patient engagement strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets.</li><li>UAE driving license preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
