We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Dentist responsible for end-to-end patient care along with day-to-day clinical administration. The role requires independent treatment planning, execution of dental procedures, coordination with consultants, and efficient clinic management using dental software.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties<ul><li>Diagnose and treat patients independently from initial consultation to completion of treatment</li><li>Prepare comprehensive treatment plans, explain options, costs, and timelines to patients</li><li>Perform routine and advanced dental procedures within scope of practice</li><li>Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, sterilization standards, and patient safety</li><li>Maintain accurate and complete clinical records</li></ul>Patient Management<ul><li>Conduct and monitor patient follow-ups</li><li>Handle treatment progress reviews and post-procedure care</li><li>Ensure high standards of patient communication and satisfaction</li><li>Address patient concerns and manage clinical escalations</li></ul>Consultant Coordination<ul><li>Identify cases requiring specialist intervention</li><li>Schedule and coordinate consultants (orthodontist, oral surgeon, implantologist, etc.)</li><li>Assist consultants when required and ensure continuity of care</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Software Responsibilities<ul><li>Update and maintain patient records, treatment notes, billing, and follow-ups in clinic software</li><li>Ensure treatment plans, appointments, and payments are correctly entered</li><li>Support clinic owner/management with clinical reporting and documentation</li><li>Follow SOPs related to scheduling, consent forms, and treatment documentation</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, FresherPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthExpected hours: No more than 60 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>clinical: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, hindi, tamil, telegu (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
