Location: Apollo Dental, Nallagandla, Hyderabad Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleApollo Dental, Nallagandla is looking for a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling children of all age groups, providing high-quality dental care, and ensuring a friendly and positive clinic experience for young patients and their parents.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive pediatric dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.</li><li>Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.</li><li>Manage dental conditions such as caries, infections, developmental anomalies, and trauma in children.</li><li>Perform pediatric dental procedures including pulpotomies, pulpectomies, stainless-steel crowns, space maintainers, and extractions.</li><li>Manage behavior using child-friendly techniques; ensure a stress-free and positive experience for children.</li><li>Counsel parents on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, nutrition, and long-term dental development.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with Apollo Dental clinical protocols.</li><li>Coordinate with orthodontists and other specialists when needed.</li><li>Uphold the highest standards of ethics, safety, and infection control.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>MDS in Pediatric &amp; Preventive Dentistry from a recognized institution (mandatory).</li><li>Valid dental license/registration.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of clinical experience post MDS ( freshers with strong clinical exposure may also apply).</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and parents.</li><li>Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to handle anxious or uncooperative children with patience and confidence.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and incentives.</li><li>Modern clinic setup with advanced pediatric dental equipment.</li><li>Supportive staff and a professional work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to grow and participate in community/awareness programs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
