Additionally, they play a key role in optimizing equipment efficiency, minimizing downtime, and controlling maintenance costs. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervising Maintenance Staff:Hiring, training, and managing a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.</li><li>Scheduling Maintenance:Planning and coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations.</li><li>Ensuring Equipment Efficiency:Monitoring equipment performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to maximize uptime.</li><li>Managing Budgets and Expenses:Tracking maintenance costs, optimizing resource allocation, and controlling expenses.</li><li>Implementing Safety Procedures:Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.</li><li>Coordinating with Other Departments:Collaborating with other departments to optimize resource utilization and address maintenance needs.</li><li>Maintaining Facilities:Overseeing the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and other facilities.</li><li>Managing Inventory:Monitoring and managing maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.</li><li>Management and Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.</li><li>Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues.</li><li>Organizational and Planning Skills: Ability to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.</li><li>Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and other departments.</li><li>Budget Management: Ability to manage and control maintenance expenses.</li><li>Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Understanding and implementing safety protocols and procedures.</li><li>Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and several years of experience in maintenance management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
