Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Educator to join our team! As a Kindergarten Educator, you will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver play-based learning experiences tailored to the needs and interests of Kindergarten studentsCreate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and discoveryDevelop and implement individualized learning plans to support students' unique needs and abilitiesCollaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective early childhood education programMaintain accurate records of student progress and assessmentsParticipate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood educationRequirements:Bachelor's / Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience working with young childrenStrong understanding of child development and early childhood education principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and parentsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteSkills and Qualities:Passion for working with young childrenPatience, empathy, and kindnessCreativity and flexibilityStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to think critically and problem-solveWork Location: Zundal, ChandkhedaJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
